“I initially reached out to Rob and ACTIV365 because I was reaching a crossroads in my professional life. I had reached a point where my work life felt stagnant and I wanted something more fulfilling. I received coaching that helped me identify what types of new career paths I’d be most interested in... but also much, much more.

We didn’t just stick to a professional deep dive, even though that was the main help I thought I needed and was seeking. We discussed personal goals, hobbies, basically everything that makes me, me. What drives me, what brings me joy, what makes me tick. It didn’t feel like I was working with a coach, but more so with somebody who genuinely wanted the best for me and was equally invested in working towards improvements for myself.

On top of my professional road blocks, I was also quickly approaching new changes and challenges in my personal life. I was becoming a first time father and in the process of buying our first home and relocating to a new region. Through our talks that originally started about work life, I was able to pick up new tools and perspectives that not only made me more aware of my professional desires, but also made me a better friend, father, and husband.

Now, I’m working in a new role for a new company, that I am extremely happy in. I can honestly say that had I not worked with Rob, I probably would not have seen myself as a fit for the position I am currently in. I definitely would not have been aware that the position checked off so many boxes of things I was looking for in a potential new job. Luckily for me, I did work with Rob, and when I found this position I knew it was a perfect fit for me and I went after it with a tenacity and confidence that Rob helped unlock.

I’m a person that always puts others before myself, even if that is sometimes detrimental to my personal care or growth. “Rob has been a great inspiration to our family since the launch of his book, “Get Out of Your Own Way.” The book came to us at a challenging time when my oldest son was struggling with decisions about college and a path forward after high school.
