A men’s group for the conversations that don’t fit anywhere else.

You’re carrying more than people see.

Whether you’re building a career, deep in the middle of one, or stepping away from one and asking what’s next. Whether you’re starting a family, raising one, or watching your kids build their own — the weight is real. And somewhere in it, you stopped having anywhere to actually talk about it.

This is that place. Once a week. A small group of men, a room with a closed door, and the kind of honesty most of us stopped practicing a long time ago

What This Is (and Isn’t)

What This Is

This isn’t group therapy, and it isn’t a support group in the clinical sense. There’s no diagnosis, no fixing, no treatment plan.

It’s a standing room of men who show up, tell the truth, and hold each other to something. Some weeks that looks like listening. Other weeks it looks like someone calling you on your own excuse — because he’s earned the right to, and because that’s what you’re both there for.

This isn’t a place to vent and leave unchanged. It’s a place to talk and to move — where the conversation on Tuesday shows up in how you handle Wednesday.

What This Isn’t

  • It isn’t a networking group.

  • It isn’t a lecture series or a class.

  • It isn’t a place where one guy holds court and everyone else listens.

Who It’s For

This group is for men who are carrying real weight and want somewhere to set it down — men in their mid-20s through their 60s, at very different points in life, brought together by the same underlying need.

You might be:

  • Early in your career, single or newly partnered — building something and figuring out, in real time, what kind of man you want to be while you do it.

  • Running your own business, or deep in the grind of a career and a full house — where the demands are constant and the space to think is rare.

  • Starting over — after a layoff, a career pivot, a divorce, or a season that didn’t go the way you planned.

  • Watching your kids grow up and move on, whether that’s toward college, a career, or a marriage of their own — and feeling the shift that comes with it.

  • Stepping toward retirement, or newly in it — asking what comes next when the thing that shaped your identity for decades starts to change.

Different situations. Same room. Same honest conversation.

How It Works

We meet every Tuesday evening, 6:30–9:00pm, in a private room — no open bar crowd, no interruptions, just the group. Every session follows the same shape, because structure is part of what makes honesty possible:

  • We start together. A few minutes to arrive, settle, leave the day at the door.

  • We check in. A short round where everyone speaks — not a status update, a real one.

  • We go deep. The heart of the session. Whatever’s real that week — work, marriage, kids, purpose, the stuff most rooms don’t make space for.

  • We close with intention. Every session ends on purpose, not just on time.

  • We don’t rush out. Some of the realest conversations happen after we officially wrap — one-on-one, unhurried, no agenda. Most guys stick around.

This isn’t a room where you show up, vent, and leave unchanged. What gets said on a Tuesday is meant to follow you into the rest of your week — and the group will hold you to that, the same way you’ll hold them.

What We Ask of Each Other

A group like this only works if everyone in the room can trust it. So before you request an invitation, know what you’re signing up to give, not just receive:

  • What’s said here, stays here. No exceptions, no “just this one story” at dinner with someone outside the group.

  • You don’t have to fix anyone. Advice isn’t the goal — being heard is. If someone’s talking, your job is to listen, not to solve.

  • No judgment, no leaderboard. Whatever you bring into the room — a win, a failure, a fear — it’s met the same way: with respect.

  • Speak for yourself. “I” statements, not generalizations. Your experience, your words.

This is what makes the honesty possible. It’s also part of what makes this worth protecting — and worth investing in.

Meet Robert M. Banks III

“Building genuine relationships are the key to success in both life and in business.”

I’m a certified Executive and Life Coach with an MBA and a background across tech, healthcare, government, and hospitality before I found coaching. If there’s one thing that’s shaped everything I do, it’s that genuine relationships are the key to a good life — which is exactly why this group exists.

What’s Included

  • A weekly seat in a small, closed group. Capped at 10–12 men — never a crowd, always a room where you’re known.

  • A guide in the room, not just a peer. I’m there as your facilitator, not just another member — a certified Executive and Life Coach trained to hold the conversation, not just sit in it. That’s the difference between a room that talks and a room that moves somewhere.

  • A structure that protects the work. Consistent format, consistent ground rules, every single week — so trust has something to build on.

  • A notebook, on us. Something to bring into the room and take out of it — for what you want to remember, or what you’re not ready to say out loud yet.

  • A standing membership, not a program with an end date. This isn’t a 6-week course. It’s a place you keep coming back to.

  • A door to more, if you want it. For anything you want to go deeper on one-on-one, individual coaching is there — this group and that work aren’t the same thing, but they can support each other.

Investment

$175/month.

As a founding member, your rate is locked at $150/month — for as long as you’re continuously enrolled. Founding pricing is available to the initial group of 10–12 members; once the group is full, new members join at the standard $175/month rate.

This isn’t a one-time workshop or a short course. It’s a reserved seat in a room that gets more valuable the longer you’re in it — an ongoing membership, not a package with an expiration date.

Commitment

Real change — in a person or in a group — takes time. That’s why membership has a minimum commitment: 6 months.

This isn’t about locking you in. It’s about giving the work, and the group, enough runway to actually build something. Trust doesn’t form in week two. Neither does the version of you that’s easier to talk to, harder to rattle, more honest with the people who matter.

A few practical things to know:

  • Membership covers your seat, not your attendance. Like any standing commitment, your membership holds your place whether you make it to a given Tuesday or not — there’s no proration for missed sessions.

  • Life happens. If something significant comes up — health, family, work — reach out. We’ll figure out a pause together rather than you dropping out entirely.

  • After your 6 months, you’re free to go month to month or step away. Cancellation takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Request an Invitation

Spots are limited to 10–12 men, and founding pricing goes to the initial group. If this is speaking to something in you, don’t sit on it. Reserve your seat now. Requesting an invitation isn’t a commitment — it’s a conversation. A quick call, no pressure, just to see if it’s the right fit.
